Aisha Tyler, X-men and work dreams

Added on by Madeline Stevens.

What do they have in common? All three of them have been consuming me the past two weeks.

I was really impressed with X-men: Days of Future Past. So impressed that I wanted to get home as fast as possible and immediately start an X-Men movie marathon of the last six films. We're currently sitting infront of X-Men: First Class. I've seen most of them but it feels like that was a life time ago.

I've always followed Aisha Tyler and her career but I'd never actually picked up and read one of her books. By pick up and read I mean buy the audiobook from iTunes and listen. So I spent the $23 on her "Self-Inflicted Wounds" book. I'd also never downloaded her podcast, Girl on Guy.

Work dreams, man. They mess with your head. They mess with your sense of what the day it is. The days just roll together and it's like you never left. I am also having reoccurring nightmares where I am enrolled in school but never have time to attend my classes. Terrifying.
